opportunity for you to learn new skills from some of the best in climbing. Limited spots available.
#1 Beginner Climbing
with Nikki Hammarström
Climber and Rope Access Technician at PETZL with 10+ years experience of providing training in the climbing field. A workshop for those who have never climbed before or want to take the step from the climbing gym to the rock. We will have fixed top ropes and Nikki and her team will be belaying and assisting on site. Open to all ages!
Previous experience required: None!
Personal gear needed: Climbing shoes if you have them. If not, all equipment will be provided on site.

#2 Introduction to Trad Climbing
with Rafael Jensen
Legendary climber and alpinist with, among other things, an ascent of K2 on his record. A workshop for those of you who have never tried trad before but wants to learn the basics of climbing magical cracks in Bohuslän. Topics that will be covered include: friction/dynamics, introduction to the placement of gear, anchor construction and much more.
Previous experience required: Basic knowledge of climbing.
Personal gear needed: Climbing shoes, harness, rope brake, preferably a helmet.

#3 Masterclass Trad
with Hannes Puman
Hannes Puman is one of Sweden's most promising climbers with a spot on
the Swedish National Team of Climbing and tons of international competitions
under his belt. For those who want to learn how to be more efficient when climbing trad, to deepen their knowledge in this style of climbing as well as strategies you can use to work in routes in an easy way.
Previous experience required: Ability to climb at least Swedish grade 6-.
Personal gear needed: Personal climbing gear, standard trad rack and preferably a helmet.

#4 Masterclass Red-point
with Matilda Söderlund
Matilda Söderlund is one of 20 women in the world who have managed to climb a route with the grade 9A. Learn how to optimize your preparation for a hard red-point climb from a true master in this field. This workshop is for any climber at any level who wants to progress in their climbing and take their red-pointing to a new level.
Previous experience required: Minimum grade 6b outdoors.
Personal gear needed: Climbing shoes, harness, rope, belay device, helmet, quickdraws.

#5 Masterclass Bouldering
with Andy Gullsten
Previous experience required: Basic knowledge of climbing.
Personal gear needed: Climbing shoes, chalk and a crashpad if you have one.
Time and place: Saturday 10.00 Meetup @ Outdoors Stage. Duration approx 4 hours.
Top climber from Helsinki, Finland. Specialized in bouldering and sport climbing. For all levels of bouldering: both those who want to start, have just started or are already experienced boulderers. Andy will go over the basics of bouldering safely, ethics of bouldering, techniques, tactics and more.
#6 Intermediate Sportclimbing
with Said Belhaj
Previous experience required: Minimum grade 6a outdoors.
Personal gear needed: Climbing shoes, harness, rope, belay device, helmet, quickdraws.
Time and place: Saturday 10.00 Meetup @ Outdoors Stage. Duration approx 4 hours.
Said has climbed for more than 30 years in over 60 countries. Climbed all
disciplines (sport, trad, bouldering, multi-pitch, ice, comp) and much more.
This workshop is for climbers who have climbed outdoors a bit already and want to take their outdoor climbing to the next level. Learn to lead, train and strategize to reach the next level in sportclimbing.
